Custom Marketing Systems

Most growing organizations don't have a lack of marketing.

They have a website over here. Email somewhere else. Social media happening when there's time. Ads running in another platform. Leads coming through forms nobody tracks. Analytics that exist but rarely influence a decision.

Individually, some of it may be working. The problem is that none of it was built as a system.

BrandScales helps growing businesses and organizations connect the strategy, technology, channels, data, and processes behind their marketing so everything works toward the same goals.

Some of our Work

We work with businesses that need more than a prettier homepage. Every site is built around the brand, the customer, and what the business actually needs the website to accomplish.

Dank Of America

Dank of America needed an ecommerce site that made shopping feel seamless while still giving the brand a more elevated, polished look. We built the experience around easy product discovery, strong conversion points, and a cohesive design that carries the brand from browsing all the way through checkout.

Moonrise Sanctuary

Moonrise Sanctuary needed a website that could tell the story behind their forever horse and donkey rescue while making it easy for supporters to get involved. The site brings their mission, nonprofit work, and individual animals to the forefront, with clear opportunities to donate and support the sanctuary.

Richland Home Power

Richland Home Power needed a website that could explain their generator services, service area, and equipment while turning visitors into qualified inquiries. We built the site to highlight Generac, Kohler, and Cummins options, promote featured generators and offers, and make it simple for homeowners to understand their options and request service.

Baked Wings & Things

Baked Wings & Things needed a site that felt at home with the downtown Madison student crowd and made getting food ordered as easy as possible. We kept the experience direct and conversion focused, then elevated it with bold design, strong photography, and a homepage background video that gives the brand energy the second you land on the site.

What Goes Into a Marketing System

A strong marketing system connects what happens before someone discovers you, what they experience when they find you, what happens after they take action, and how your team learns from the results.

REPORTING

DECISION SYSTEMS

What a Connected System Looks Like:

Instead of this:

Someone finds you on Google.
They land on a generic page.
They fill out a form.
An email goes to someone's inbox.
Nobody knows which search brought them there.
Follow-up happens whenever someone remembers.
The lead disappears into a spreadsheet.
Marketing reports more website traffic next month.

You get this:

Someone discovers you through search, an ad, social media, email, or a referral.

They land on a page designed around what they're looking for.

Their action is tracked.

The right information enters the right system.

Your team knows what happened.

Follow-up happens consistently.

Performance data feeds back into the strategy.

And the next round of marketing gets smarter because of what you learned.

That's the difference between doing marketing and building a marketing system.

Do You Need Better Marketing Systems?

If any of the following applies to you, we should have a conversation!

01

Your marketing lives across too many disconnected platforms.

02

Leads come in, but you can't consistently tell where they came from.

03

Your team spends too much time manually moving information between tools.

04

The business has grown faster than the systems behind the marketing.

05

Social, email, SEO, ads, and your website all feel like separate projects.

06

You collect a lot of data but rarely know what decision to make from it.

07

Marketing depends on one person remembering what needs to happen next.

08

You've added tools over the years without ever redesigning how they work together.

09

You're doing more marketing than ever, but it still feels difficult to manage.
